Unused credits roll over into the next billing cycle, so nothing is lost in a slow month. They expire after that one additional cycle.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Videos already submitted are finished and delivered. Revision rounds on delivered videos remain available for the full 7-day window, even after your plan ends. Unused credits do not carry past your final paid period and are not refundable.

Is the music safe for paid ads?

Yes. We only use commercially licensed music cleared for business and paid advertising. If you want a specific trending sound instead, you add it in the platform's own editor when you post.

How is my footage protected?

Uploads travel over encrypted connections and are stored encrypted in access-controlled cloud storage. Only your assigned editor, the quality reviewer and your account manager can access them, and access is logged.

How long do you keep my footage?

Raw footage is retained for 60 days after delivery so revisions remain possible, then deleted. Finished videos stay in your portal for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
