Terms of Service

1. The service
Viral Lab provides short-form video editing, content strategy and optimization, either as a monthly subscription or as Proof, a single video purchased once. You submit raw footage; we return edited videos produced according to the plan you selected.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
3. Video credits and rollover
Each plan includes a set number of finished videos per billing cycle. Unused credits roll over into one additional billing cycle and expire after that. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
4. Delivery times
Target delivery is 8 hours for Proof, 6 hours for Starter, 4 hours for Growth and 2 hours for Elite, per video, measured from receipt of a complete upload during business hours. These are service targets, not guarantees.
5. Revisions
Starter includes one revision round per video, Growth and Elite two each. Proof includes none. A revision round is all changes requested in a single message, submitted within 7 days of delivery. A request to change the entire concept counts as a new video.
6. Specifications and limits
Finished videos run 30 to 60 seconds. You may submit up to 5 minutes of raw footage per finished video. Footage must be of usable quality.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all footage you upload, that you have obtained consent from every identifiable person appearing in it, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of professional, medical, legal or financial claims made in your videos.
8. Ownership
You retain all rights to your footage and to the finished videos we deliver. Viral Lab retains rights to its own frameworks, templates and internal systems. We use your content in our marketing only with your separate written permission.
9. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Videos already submitted are completed and delivered. Revision rounds remain available for the full 7-day window. Unused credits do not survive past your final paid period.
10. Acceptable use
We do not produce content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that endangers minors. We may decline or stop work on any project that violates this section.
11. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales or any specific business outcome. Social platforms control distribution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
