Try before you subscribe
Proof is a one-time purchase of $39 for a single video, delivered within 8 hours and with no revision rounds included. It carries no subscription and no contract. We recommend using it to evaluate our work before committing to a monthly plan.
If we don't deliver
If we fail to deliver a video you submitted, or miss the stated delivery target by more than 24 hours without notifying you, that video credit is restored or refunded at your choice.
If you're not satisfied with an edit
Use your included revision rounds first. If a delivered video still does not follow the agreed framework or brief after your revisions are used, contact us and we will re-edit it at no cost.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once videos have been delivered in that billing cycle. If you cancel before submitting any footage in a new billing cycle, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
Unused credits
Unused credits have no cash value and are not refundable. They roll over for one additional billing cycle while your subscription is active.

Email support@virallab.com with your account email and a short description. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
