What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, business and industry.
- Account and billing information, processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
- Content you upload: video, images, audio and any notes you include.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and portal activity.
How we use it
To deliver your videos, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and send service updates. With your consent, to send occasional marketing about our own services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to run the business: cloud storage and hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-assisted production tools. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.
How long we keep it
Raw footage: 60 days after delivery. Finished videos: 12 months in your portal. Account and billing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to marketing at any time. Email privacy@virallab.com; we respond within 30 days and confirm file deletion within 7 business days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to team members who need it for your project, and all staff sign confidentiality agreements.
