You keep full ownership of the footage you upload and of every finished video we deliver. We claim no rights over your material.
Your warranty to us
By uploading, you confirm you own the footage or hold the rights to use it, and that you have permission from every identifiable person in it — including customers, patients, employees and, where applicable, a parent or guardian for anyone under 18.
Music and stock assets
All music, sound effects and stock elements we add are commercially licensed and cleared for business and paid advertising use. If you supply your own assets, you are responsible for their licensing.
What we will not use
We do not add copyrighted commercial songs, film or television clips, or third-party branded material without documented permission.
Infringement claims
If you believe content we produced infringes your rights, email copyright@virallab.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief. We respond within 10 business days.
