How we protect your footage
Your footage is your business. Here is exactly how we handle it.
Secure upload
All uploads travel over encrypted connections and are stored encrypted at rest in access-controlled cloud storage. Files are never sent through email or public links.
Who can access it
Only the editor assigned to your project, the quality reviewer, and your account manager. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement, and access is logged.
AI processing
AI-assisted tools handle tasks like transcription, silence removal and caption generation. We use business-tier providers configured so your content is not used to train their models. Every strategic and creative decision is made by a human.
How long we keep it
Raw footage is retained for 60 days after delivery so revisions remain possible, then deleted. Finished videos stay in your portal for 12 months.
Deleting your files
Request deletion at any time from your portal or by emailing privacy@virallab.com. We confirm permanent deletion within 7 business days.
Sensitive content
If your footage includes patients, minors, employees or other sensitive subjects, tell us at onboarding so we can apply restricted handling. You remain responsible for obtaining all necessary consents.
We never publish your work
Your footage is never used in our marketing, portfolio or social media without separate written permission from you.
